International Enterprises has built one of the largest salvage companies in the United States, specializing in direct to retail sales of insurance salvage, customer return, overstock and marked-out-of stock (“MOS”) inventories. • Channel / Brand Control: Our direct to retail channel allows us to ensure that resale restrictions requested by our clients are strictly adhered to (for example, delabeling or defacing, no advertising, etc.). This channel, or brand control, is enhanced by the markets our 2^nd and 3^rd tier retailers operate within which are generally regarded as non-sensitive marketplaces from a brand distribution standpoint. Most retail locations are within rural cities and towns;
• Financial Strength: We are well capitalized and we do not request extended trade terms from our clients. We have an extremely large capacity and routinely handle multi million dollar deals.
